AI assistance is separately scoped with an explicit monthly request allowance. Telemetry and metering quotes define device, meter and observation allowances. Enterprise integration work is scoped around the systems and connections you need.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for a full year upfront and save 20% on recurring subscription prices, including listed capacity add-ons and fixed-price packs. The monthly figure is an equivalent for comparison; the annual amount is shown below it. Custom services and hardware are quoted separately.
What counts as an operational user?
An enabled user attached to your account counts toward the user allowance, including administrators and contractors with an enabled login. Disabling a user releases that seat without deleting their history.
What happens when we reach a limit?
You can keep working with existing records. Adding another user, site or upload beyond your allowance is blocked until capacity is available or your subscription is updated. Existing evidence is not removed to make room.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Your administrator can arrange an upgrade or additional capacity. A downgrade must accommodate the users, sites and evidence already in your account.
Does Enterprise include everything without limits?
No. Your agreement specifies capacity, capability packs and any integration or service work. This makes the scope and cost clear before you commit.
What happens to our price if the plans change?
Your account retains its agreed prices and allowances until its subscription terms are updated. Changes to the published plans do not automatically rewrite your agreement.
